Sales records, photo checks and a simpler article editor
Security fix:
This release includes a security fix. Review now shows items from the current workspace. Only staff can decide shared items.
Owners and admins can record sales, manage customers and void incorrect sales from the Sales page. A sale reduces stock. A void restores it. Connected data sources can restrict manual changes. A new help article explains how to record a sale.
Workspaces with photo uploads enabled can upload photos of sales books and check the extracted rows against each photo. You can correct values, omit rows, mark returns and compare page totals. Confirm the rows and select Finish before you ask the Analyst to use them. Upload allowances and daily limits apply. Photo checks show loading text while page images arrive. A failed image shows an error.
Reports and the Library identify data from confirmed photos. Reports explain source limits and identify changes or omitted values. The photo viewer keeps the source available during the check.
The article editor groups related articles, media and address settings into separate sections. Author, publish time and tags stay visible. Long articles scroll inside the editor. A successful save clears the exit warning.
Article previews stay off until the article text has a saved draft. Image-only drafts have readable labels and links to the correct editor. The content list explains pending changes and unpublished articles.
The Analyst returns trial credits when an answer or report fails. Billing shows the daily allowance and reset time. Owners can start payment from a limit message. A ready CSV or XLSX attachment selects Uploaded files. Photo attachments do not change the selected source. Conversation titles and errors use clearer text.
Locked account pages explain the reason and show the deletion date. Owners can confirm payment with a saved card or use another card. Trial details explain the end date, later card charge, daily Analyst allowance and shared row limit. The trial Danger zone explains cancellation and data export.
New workspaces no longer show false warnings about old data. Today explains data dates and missing comparison periods. Products shows “No scores yet” before the first score run. Call-list counts use the same rules throughout the console.
Flows identifies sample deliveries with Demo data labels in Live data, Observed performance and What-if. The demo What-if route can import sample queues. The source picker names the source Demo deliveries. Flow views use consistent 3D view and Diagram controls. Empty states have more space between action buttons.
Pulse opt-in invitations use the template category required by WhatsApp.
A busy database connection pool now gives a temporary service response. Existing wait limits stay the same.
The public Agents page shows example Accountant, Marketer and Analyst workflows. You can use keyboard navigation and video controls. Marketing pages use new editorial images. Customer proof stays hidden when its story is unpublished.
Post and campaign schedules use the workspace timezone instead of the browser timezone.
Odoo checks test each workspace’s own connection and accounting requirements. A failed legacy connection no longer stops workspace checks.
Photo checks use years from page headings, flag customer balance notes, and ask whether sales are cash, credit or a mix. Summary pages do not become sale rows. Failed photos show one message and hide the whole-page view. A new image address gets another load attempt.
On desktop, only the sidebar navigation links scroll. The workspace controls and profile stay in view. The Terms of Service now state the daily Analyst limit and shared trial row limit.
Odoo connection tests use the access method available on the server, including Odoo Online saas~19. They identify missing sales-read rights and warn when the Accountant needs more rights.
Ask Atlas remembers your business, a weekly Marketer plan and warnings on every post
Change: the Marketer is now open to every active business. You do not need to ask for it. It uses a monthly allowance, and the Marketer shows how much of it you used. To turn the Marketer off for your business, email support@axumworks.com.
Change: the Marketer page now has five tabs: This week, Planned, Overview, Media and Setup. Planned holds your campaigns and the calendar. Setup holds your channels, your brand and rules, and the settings. Old links still open the correct place.
Change: Ask Atlas now remembers your business and your earlier chats. It keeps a business profile, a short summary of each chat, and the preferences that you ask it to keep. This is on for every business. You can see and delete your chat summaries and your preferences on your Account page. To turn memory off for your business, email support@axumworks.com.
Change: the Marketer now drafts a weekly plan for each business that has completed its Marketer setup. The first plan comes as soon as setup is done. The plan has 2 to 4 ideas. It comes on the day and at the time that you set in Settings. Each plan uses part of your monthly Marketer allowance. To stop the plan, turn off "Draft the plan each week" in the Marketer settings.
New: each idea in the weekly plan says why it fits this week. It names its sources, for example a product that sells more, an upcoming local event, a result or an approved fact. Click a source to open it. An idea goes only to the channels that you chose in Settings and that can publish its format.
New: click Accept on an idea, and the Marketer drafts the post for each channel of the idea. The post then waits for approval. Nothing goes out until a person approves it. "Accept these ideas" accepts the ideas on the screen without drafts.
New: the Marketer has a setup in three steps: your brand, one channel and your plan settings. It does not ask for facts. Without a fact, the Marketer keeps its claims general. Until the setup is complete, the chat and the drafts still work, and the Marketer tells you what is left.
New: a draft from the Marketer chat now shows in the chat as a card with its checks. Each warning or block has a fix, for example "Add as fact" or "Rewrite without it". Posts that wait for approval now show first on This week, not in the "Needs you" list.
Change: in the Marketer, a claim that no approved fact supports now shows a warning. This applies to every post, not only to campaign posts. The approver reads the warning and decides. Posts on the This week list now show their checks, and an approver can approve a post with a warning. A fact that your team blocked still stops a post.
New: on the Accountant page, a person can post or discard many waiting receipts at once. Select the receipts, or choose Post all or Discard all for the current filter. Before anything changes, Axum shows the count and the total. It also lists each receipt that it leaves out, with the reason.
New: the Marketer Overview tab compares the last 30 or 90 days with the period before. It shows saves from Instagram and the best time to post.
New: you can turn each Marketer learning on or off. The Marketer plans and writes with only the learnings that are on.
Change: Marketer learnings now use likes and comments when a platform does not share how many people a post reached.
New: when you make an image in the Marketer, Axum recommends the image model that suits the request, and says why. For an image with words on it, Axum recommends Recraft V4. You can choose another model for that request.
New: the Marketer sends your product photos to the image model, in the order that you chose. A request can have up to five photos. Each model takes only as many as it supports, and the Marketer tells you when it uses fewer.
New: the website has a Responsible AI page. It lists the commitments that keep a person in control of each Axum agent. The Axum Responsible AI badge in each footer links to it.
New: the homepage shows how Axum turns a WhatsApp receipt into a checked bill in your ERP, for food, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and fashion businesses. You can pause the animation at any time.
New: the website has new menus. Product, Industries, Pricing, Resources and Company each open a panel with short descriptions. On a phone, the menu opens as a full screen list. A bar at the top shows that Axum is part of NVIDIA Inception. Its link opens a blog post about what that means for you.
Change: the website now says "your ERP" where it shows how Axum records an entry. The Accountant page names Odoo as the ERP that Axum works with.
Change: the trust points, such as "Human approves every entry", now sit at the bottom of every page. The homepage shows the NVIDIA Inception badge under the main buttons.
New: you can try the Accountant yourself at axumworks.com/demo. In four steps, you send a receipt on WhatsApp, read the draft entry and approve it.
New: the solution pages show short videos of the Axum agents at work. A video plays when you scroll to it, and you can pause it at any time. If your device asks for reduced motion, a video plays only when you click it.
New: blog posts have a new layout with a wide cover image. A long post shows an "On this page" list. If related articles are available, the post lists them at the end.
New: the ROI page takes a monthly salary or an hourly rate. The Security page and other pages show their text with a soft fade as you scroll.
Change: the Dodan Foods story is new. 90%+ of the entries that Axum prepared for Dodan went into the books, and the Dodan team saves 30+ hours each month.
Change: the cookie banner on axumworks.com now names Google Ads. We measure an ad visit only after you agree. Every visitor sees the consent question again. The privacy policy (version 1.6) explains what we keep from an ad visit.
New: the website has a pilot page. It offers a 30-day pilot. We set up the pilot in 48 hours, and you install nothing.
Change: a proposed fact now says where its evidence comes from in plain words, for example "Found in your receipts".
Change: the advice for a market-wide event is now written for your business, from your own products.
Change: the list of upcoming risks loads faster.
New: when the Analyst breaks down a figure, for example sales by product, it now shows a checked report beside the answer. You can also ask it to compare two periods, for example this month and last month.
Change: the facts that you taught Ask Atlas now also apply on the Analyst page.
New: the Organization page has a Business profile tab. An owner or an admin can add notes about the business. Axum adds your products, customers and team from your data. The tab tells you when the agents use the profile.
New: your Account page has a "What Atlas remembers" card. It lists the summaries and the preferences that Atlas keeps for you, and you can delete each item.
Change: the Marketer draft card now shows only the warnings and the blocks, in plain words. The checks that passed fold into one line. Each closed idea on This week shows one line that says why it fits.
Fix: when a connection to a social account expires, the Marketer says so in plain words. It tells you to reconnect the account in Setup. If the first weekly plan cannot start, the Marketer tries again and tells you on This week.
Fix: in the Marketer, a link to a tab now opens that tab. A new brand starts with the time zone of your organization. "Approve & schedule selected" shows only when a post waits for review.
Fix: while Axum restarts for an update, the console now says "Axum is unavailable for a moment. Try again shortly." Before, some pages showed a technical error.
Change: Axum now uses version 26.0 of Meta's API for WhatsApp messages. Nothing changes in how WhatsApp works for you.
Change: in the chats with Ask Atlas, the Analyst and the Marketer, your messages now show on the right. The replies show on the left.
New: the forecast and Product health now update for every business that has sales data in Axum.
Change: the console is faster, and it stays steady when many people use it at the same time.
Change: blog posts show their dates in Lagos time. The first blog post now introduces the Axum help center.
New: blog titles can have up to 120 characters. Authors can add published posts and Help Center guides under Read next. Axum uses shared topics to suggest more posts. Shared links use article metadata and the cover image when available. The old NVIDIA post address still works.
New: the blog editor can make a cover image and add a cover video. The video uses the cover image as its poster.
New: the Library has a Reports section for reports that the Analyst makes in chat. Where uploads are available, you can add files to a chat and see which sources the Analyst uses. Axum applies upload and usage limits to trial accounts.
New: Flows can show live order stages and the source records behind them. Use the walkthrough to follow how an order moves. Performance shows observed delays, bottlenecks and recovery. You can save a scenario and test what could happen if a step changes.
New: data source tools support table imports, column review and exports. The system of record can track orders, stock movements, stock counts and payments. You can review balances and export payment records. Where available, the Storekeeper settings let you set how Axum records stock.
New: an operator can add a phone number to a customer record. Call list links keep the selected filters. On Today, the most recent item that needs attention appears first.
Change: when the Accountant blocks a post, it shows the question and the next step. This release also adds support for draft rows from photos of sales records. A draft gives your team a chance to check the rows before it uses them.
New: where self-serve signup is available, a new business can choose Stripe or Paystack and connect Odoo and WhatsApp during setup. The trial uses one shared row allowance. If the trial reaches its limit, Axum explains the options to continue. A locked business can export its data.
New: Axum can show notices in the console and send email updates where those controls are on. The meeting notes pilot includes structured notes and follow-up items for supported meetings.
Marketer claim warnings, and new pages for each Axum solution
Change: the Marketer no longer blocks a campaign post that makes a claim with no approved fact. The approver now sees a warning on that claim, and then decides whether to approve the post. If a fact changes after approval and a new warning appears, the post returns to review. An approver still cannot approve a standalone post with such a claim. A fact that your team blocked still stops a post.
New: the website has a page for each solution. The Accountant page shows how a receipt on WhatsApp becomes a checked Odoo entry. The Customer follow-up page shows how Axum finds customers who are late against their usual reorder gap.
New: the Axum on WhatsApp page explains receipts, approvals, voice notes and the morning brief. The Sales and demand page covers the forecast, Ask Atlas, Product health and Flows.
New: the Odoo integration page tells you what Axum reads from Odoo, and what it writes only after a person confirms.
Change: the Pricing page now says that the daily brief comes on WhatsApp.
New: the website has a page about the Axum agents. Each organization can give a name and a voice to the Accountant, the Marketer and the Analyst.
New: the website has a Marketer page and a page for food and consumer-goods companies that sell through distributors. The Marketer publishes to Facebook, Instagram and X.
News for your market only, new Terms of Service and DPA, and an ROI calculator
Security fix:
Breaking change: Axum now shows news and market events only for the market that you sell in. If your organization has no market, the Overview, the daily brief and the events digest show no news, and the forecast stops counting market-wide events. To get them back, set your country in Organization, then Profile. The Overview tells you when this step is missing.
Change: Axum now publishes its Terms of Service at axumworks.com/terms and its Data Processing Agreement at axumworks.com/dpa. The Terms say which company you contract with, how billing works and the limits of our liability. These Terms apply when you use Axum after this release.
Change: the privacy policy is now version 1.4. It names FIVESIX MEDIA LLC and FIVESIX MEDIA LTD as the parent companies of Axum. It lists the service providers that handle your data, and it covers the business-case form on the ROI page.
Change: only an admin can manage the members of a workspace. The old Team page now opens Organization, then People.
Security fix: the site now removes unsafe code from help articles, blog posts and customer stories when it builds them.
New: the ROI page at axumworks.com/roi estimates the hours and the naira that Axum can save your team. You can ask for a business case on WhatsApp.
New: the website has a Customers page and shows the NVIDIA Inception badge. The Security page lists the service providers that handle your data. The header stays at the top of the page when you scroll.
Change: news on the Overview page and in the daily brief now shows the stories that matter to your organization. Axum ranks each story against your products and the business needs that you confirm, and says why it matters to you. A software business can now get news about data protection, AI rules, digital taxes and payment rules. It also gets news about internet services and tools billed in US dollars. The news is always from the last two weeks, even when your sales data is older.
Fix: a price recommendation from supply news now applies only to the products that the news is about. It also needs news that is bad for supply.
New: Billing shows your usage left as a percent. If a payment is due, a bar at the top of each console page tells the owner, with a link to pay.
New: the help center has 11 new articles, from a first-day checklist to approving a draft and fixing WhatsApp problems. Four older articles now match the console.
New: content editors can write changelog entries in the Content editor. They can also unpublish, republish or delete a help article or blog post.
Fix: labels in the console use plain words. An idle agent now shows Ready, not Working. Confidence now shows as a word. Approve on a learned fact opens the evidence first, and an active fact shows whether Axum uses it.
New: the Marketer publishes approved posts at their scheduled time. It can now find a Facebook Page or an Instagram account that a business portfolio owns.
Change: the Marketer shows each platform logo in its own color. The WhatsApp card in Settings now explains that all workspaces share one Axum number, and who can send receipts.
Each organization sees only its own news, and invoice payments track each refund and dispute
Security fix: the news card on the Overview page showed brand news that belonged to another organization. Each organization now sees only market news and the news about its own products.
Fix: Axum now keeps one record for each dispute, refund and charge of an invoice payment. Before, a second dispute or a partial refund could show the wrong amount. It could also keep an invoice marked as paid after the money went back. The fix applies to Stripe, Bachs and Paystack.
Change: the forecast no longer counts the local events that Axum adds from the news feed by itself. These events still show in the console and on the calendar. An event that you or the holiday rule confirm still counts in the forecast.
Fix: after you moved to another workspace, the sidebar still showed the name of your first workspace. It now shows the workspace that you are in. The workspace menu also has a new look. Each row shows your role, and a failed move tells you why.
New: help articles and blog posts can now hold charts, notes, tables and cards that link to other articles. An article can also hold many images, each with its own caption.
Fix: the product areas on the help home now open their articles. On a small screen, the help center shows one menu, not two. On a laptop screen, the header stays on one line.
Pay in naira works again, and the summary of waiting receipts follows your time zone
Fix: paying an invoice in naira with Paystack failed with the message "We could not start the payment". The payment now starts as it should.
Change: the summary of waiting receipts now arrives at 08:30 in your organization's own time zone. It uses Lagos time until your organization sets a zone. The day and the age of each receipt follow the same zone. The morning brief on WhatsApp reads the data of your organization's own day too.
Fix: four places still showed a date in the form 2025-12-03. They now show a date such as "Dec 3, 2025". The places are the "Readings as of" text on the Today page and the dates of a learned fact. They also include the "Account at risk" text on the Marketer page and "Data through" in an Analyst report.
Fix: the "Accounts to call" choice for the morning brief on the Account page no longer stretches across the whole card.
Change: if you leave the Stripe payment page without paying, Axum now closes that payment. You can then pick another way to pay at once. Before, you had to wait up to one hour. If the payment is still open, the page tells you.
Fix: when you moved to another workspace, Axum showed the message "Axum could not switch the workspace". The move now works. The same failure happened when you accepted an invitation with an account that already existed. That now works too.
Change: the counts of receipts in the morning brief on WhatsApp now run from midnight to midnight in your organization's time zone.
New: when you read a help article, you can now answer "Was this helpful?". Your answer helps Axum improve the article.
New: the Account page has a card named "Daily brief by email". You can turn the email on or off. The email starts for an organization only when Axum turns it on for that organization.
Fix: the Accountant now groups account suggestions by account code, not by account name. A renamed account no longer splits one suggestion in two. A suggestion that you reject does not come back.
Dates that show the month first on every page, and cards that fit a phone
Change: every date and time in the console now shows the month first, for example "Oct 12, 2026" or "Oct 12, 2026, 3:45 PM". This covers tables, charts, calendars and exports. Times show in Lagos time, and the text "UTC" is gone. A row that showed only a date before can now show the date and the time.
Change: weeks now show as a range, for example "Oct 5 - Oct 11, 2026". This covers the pages that Axum builds on the server and the Slack digests.
Fix: two cards no longer cut off their content on a phone. These are the Priority field in Create custom group on the Access groups page, and the bar of buttons above a Flows step.
Change: on Local events, an open event is now one block, and only one line shows between two events. The News cell in the Market strip is square. The Not relevant button has more room beside its help text.
Fix: the Invite a teammate box now counts invitations that are still waiting. Before, a workspace with 2 members, 1 waiting invitation and 3 included seats read "1 of 3 included seats still free". The new invitation would be the fourth seat, and the box now says so. Billing does not change, because Axum bills a seat only after someone accepts.
Change: Local events that Axum added on its own now take a later correction, for example a changed end date. Axum does not change an event that a person approved, an event that came with Axum, or an event that belongs to one organization.
Change: the morning brief on WhatsApp now arrives at the send time you pick in your organization's own time zone. It uses Lagos time until your organization sets a zone. The Account page says which zone it uses.
Fix: a news story that two sites reported under different names no longer adds the same event to Local events twice. Before, the forecast counted that one event two times. Axum now adds the event once and keeps the other report in the review list.
Change: Axum now adds a news event to Local events by itself only when two different news sites report it. A story from one site waits in the review list, and you get the usual alert. News that reaches Axum one to three days after the event now reaches the review list too. Before, only the previous day counted.
Voice notes for the Accountant, top calls in the morning brief, and safer WhatsApp messages
Security fix: Axum now rejects WhatsApp requests that do not carry a valid signature from Meta. Axum also records every message that arrives from WhatsApp, and it answers a message type that it cannot read only one time. You do not need to do anything.
New: you can send the Accountant a voice note on WhatsApp. It shows you what it heard, then answers as it does for typed text. If you say "post it", it asks you to tap the button first.
OpenAI turns your voice notes into text: Axum sends the audio of a voice note or an audio file to OpenAI. Axum keeps the text and does not keep the audio. Axum does not read forwarded voice notes.
Change: the Accountant now refuses a receipt file that is larger than 20 MB, and it tells you so. Send a smaller photo or PDF.
Change: the WhatsApp morning brief now shows the top three accounts to call in the first message. Each line has the name, the amount, the days quiet and the phone number. The receipts line and the sales date are in the first message too. Tap Call list for the full list and Show brief for the news.
Change: on the call list, each account row now wraps on a narrow screen. The name and the action buttons stay readable on a phone.
New: you can pay an invoice in naira with Paystack. The Pay buttons are wider, and their text stays readable when you point at them.
Change: dates in emails, Slack digests and other text from Axum now show the month first, for example "Oct 12, 2026".
A public help center that matches the site, and a clearer Today page
Change: the Help center at /help now uses the same header, colours and type as the rest of axumworks.com. It stays light. You can search the articles. Sign in is a real link. The blog at /blog has numbered pages that work without extra scripts.
On the Accountant page, How this works can open the matching public help article in a new tab.
Change: on Today, the Worth knowing card now has a gap before the charts below it. The two blocks no longer touch.
Safer shared events, and tab groups that fit small screens
Security fix: an operator of one organization can no longer change an event that all organizations share. The shared event now stays as it is. A candidate that matches it still leaves the Pending review tab.
Fix: tab groups and switches no longer run past the edge of a small screen. At 375 pixels wide, a group that does not fit now wraps onto a second row. This covers the tabs on the Accountant, Review, Event review, Organization and Product Health pages.
Fix: if a holiday does not pass the automatic check, Axum now saves it and queues its Slack alert in one step. Before, a failure between the two steps could leave the holiday on the Pending review tab with no alert queued.
A WhatsApp morning brief, public holidays that add themselves, hidden events, tabs on two pages, a sign-in that remembers your page, and a lighter look
Change: Axum now adds public holidays to the Local events calendar for you. It does this only when an official Nigerian government website announces the holiday. Every other event still waits for you on the Pending review tab. When this release starts, the holidays that wait there and pass the same check move to the calendar.
Change: admins and owners can get a morning brief on WhatsApp. It shows the customers to call, with their phone numbers, the receipts that wait for you, and up to three news stories. Tap Show brief in the message to read it. The brief replaces the WhatsApp message about waiting receipts for each person who turns it on. Other roles keep that message.
The brief is off for every person until they turn it on. Axum turns the feature on for one organization at a time. Open Account and choose Morning brief on WhatsApp. Add your WhatsApp number in Profile first. Then pick a send time between 08:30 and 11:45 in Lagos.
Change: on an event, you can now choose Not relevant. The event hides for your organization only. Other organizations still see it. Open the new Hidden tab to see the events you hid. Choose Show again to bring one back.
The event stays hidden when Axum finds it again. A new date of the same event, next year, shows as a new event. On the Pending review tab, tick several events. Choose Promote selected to add them in one step. Not relevant, Show again and Promote selected need the operator role or higher. A message tells you how many Axum added and why any event failed.
Change: after you sign in, Axum now opens the page you asked for, when you can open that page. Otherwise it opens your first visible page. Before, it always opened Today. This covers a link that you open while you are signed out. The password reset and invite pages still end on Today.
Change: the Accountant page now has three tabs: Waiting for you, Receipt history and Who can send receipts. The Waiting for you card is as tall as the receipt you opened. On a wide screen, the list of receipts on its left scrolls inside the card. On a narrow screen, the page scrolls.
Change: the Call list page now has two tabs: Customers and Actions taken. An old link to a customer, a mode or a sort opens the Customers tab.
Change: on the Calendar tab, a long event now shows in an Ongoing this month strip above the grid. A long event has no end date, or lasts over a week. It also shows on its first day. Before, it showed on every day. Longer event texts use the normal text weight and fold after a few lines, with a Show more button. An open event has labelled sections.
Change: the Recent conversations list on the Analyst page now has a hide button. On a wide screen, the list starts open. It closes when you send the first message of a new chat. A hidden list becomes two small buttons. Your own click on the hide or show button wins, and the page remembers it.
The Conversation card now shows the title of the chat. The Analyst page names the right card Analysis. The Analyst now counts one order as one invoice. It offers only the charts it can draw. Before, it sometimes counted lines or days, and it offered charts that did not exist.
Change: the Page access tab of the Organization page now names its two columns All workspaces and This workspace. All workspaces is for Axum admins only. It sets the default for every organization. A group rule, or the own setting of an organization, can still replace that default. This workspace changes only yours. Each row shows the page name only.
On the Profile tab of the Organization page, Country and Currency are now lists you choose from.
Change: the box at the top of the sidebar now searches pages. Click it, or press Cmd+K or Ctrl+K. Use the Ask Atlas button to talk to Atlas. Decision log now sits under Review in the sidebar. The Review group starts closed.
Change: the console now uses two font weights, regular and medium. Nothing is bold. Titles and figures stand out by size and by stronger contrast. The sign-in page and the status page match.
Change: in the light theme, the green of buttons, links and active items is much darker. In both themes, hovered rows, buttons and menu items show a clearer grey. A link inside running text now has an underline. The Post button keeps its own green, so it stays different from the main green.
Every tab group and switch is now a round pill. This includes the Accountant pair Already paid and Not yet paid. The rows of the Accountant inbox, the Local events calendar list and the Analyst thread list have square edges. An opened event, Review item or Product Health row reads as one block, with no grey step below its top line. The search box in Receipt history has more space around it, and double lines are gone.
On Today, each reading in Market right now has an icon and a value. It can also have a short line under it. The Steady badge and the trend arrows are gone. A small chevron after a label marks a reading that opens a page. The as-of date no longer shows in the heading. Hover over the heading to see it.
The Billing page has more space between its cards, and its usage text is shorter. On the Agents page, a click on an agent opens that agent, when you can open its page. On the Analyst page, the list of recent conversations now scrolls.
axumworks.com now has a Help center at /help and a blog at /blog. The marketing pages link to Help.
A Review page, a new Accountant layout, tabs in Settings, and invoice payment on the Billing page
Change: the Time zone field on your account and on your organization is now a list you can search. If your saved time zone is not a real one, pick one from the list before you save your profile again.
Change: Shock ledger and Learned facts now sit under a new Review item in the sidebar. Review has its own page. It lists the items that wait for you: market shocks, learned facts and local events. Confirm or dismiss each item there. A number beside Review counts the items that wait. Both old pages still open from the sidebar.
Change: the Accountant page has a new layout. The receipts that wait for you form a list on the left. The receipt you select opens on the right, with its image, its question and the buttons Post, Save as draft and Discard. After you post or discard a receipt, the next one opens. Discard now asks you first, because you cannot undo it. Press J or K to move down or up the list.
On the Accountant page, "Pending transactions" is now "Waiting for you". "Recent activity" is now "Receipt history". It lists every receipt, not only the last 200. It has a status filter, a search box and a Load more button. Click the eye icon on a receipt to see its image.
Change: on the People tab of the Organization page, a change of someone's role now asks you to confirm first. The question names the person, the old role and the new role.
Change: no page opens its help window by itself any more the first time you visit it. Click the help button of the page to open it.
Change: Settings now has three tabs: Call list, Products and Integrations. Before, it was one long page. Changes that you have not saved stay when you move between tabs.
The Billing page has a new layout. A Payment due panel shows when your organization owes an invoice. When card payment is set up, the owner can pay all owed invoices from the panel in one step. The owner can also pay one invoice from the table. Each invoice shows its status in words: Paid, Due in a number of days, Overdue, Payment in progress, or Void. A new tile, Included usage left, shows how much of your included usage remains.
The console now says "customers" in more places where it said "distributors". Page subheaders fit on one line. The chart range buttons on Today and Forecast form two groups on one row. A selected or open row now has a green background, not a thin line at its left edge.
A clearer Marketer page, a steadier Today page, and a cleaner console
Fix: after the October 7 release, the Today and Forecast pages could load very slowly for every signed-in user. They now load fast again. Teams still show the same products as before. You do not need to do anything.
Fix: the four figures at the top of Today no longer wait for the slowest parts of the page, such as the forecast chart. A new workspace now shows the setup checklist before any figure. Recent activity and the call list now show the name of the person who acted, without the internal label.
Change: for admins, the Organization page has new tabs: People, Teams, Page access, Profile, Activity and Danger zone. Members is now People, and General is now Profile. The page permissions moved to the Page access tab.
Press Cmd+K or Ctrl+K on any console page to open a search box. Type a page name, then select the page in the list to go there. Or type a question and press Enter. Atlas gets the question as a draft, and nothing sends until you press Send.
Today now starts with the market: the naira rate, the next local event, market shocks and news. Click the naira, an event or market shocks to open the page behind it. Click the news count to read the stories on Today.
On the Marketer page, the Channels tab now shows the logo of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Admins see a short Connect button for each platform. Other members see a note to ask an admin. Instagram connects through Facebook, so link your professional account to a Facebook Page first.
The row of tabs on the Marketer page is now as wide as its tabs and no longer stretches across the page.
Fix: if your organization has no media storage yet, the upload buttons and the Make an image button are now off. The page says why. An Axum admin must set up media storage before you can upload. Before this release, the page showed an error only after you chose a file.
Fix: Ask Atlas can now answer questions about recent releases. Before, it could not read the newest release notes.
The Local events page has a new Calendar tab. It shows the events of each month, and an event that lasts several days shows on each of its days.
The Analyst page lists your recent conversations on the left. On a narrow screen, click Recent to see them. Each answer has a Copy button that copies its text.
The Analyst right panel now shows the result of every answer, and it shows the chart of an earlier answer when you select it.
Every console page now uses the same text sizes and spacing. Cards have one thin edge and no shadow. Badges start with a capital letter. The website also explains more clearly how Axum handles invoice and receipt work. A new customer story shows how Dodan Foods uses Axum.
Agents you can name and teach, a redesigned console, self-service billing, and a new website
Security fix: we closed gaps that could show some information across organizations in the Analyst. You do not need to do anything.
Change: if you connected X before this release, reconnect your X account before you post an image.
Change: teaching is now on for every organization. When you tell Atlas or another agent something to remember, it saves a proposed lesson. Axum uses no lesson until an admin approves it on the Learned facts page. Learned facts may also suggest the markets and supplies your business depends on.
Change: the daily brief email now arrives at 08:45 Lagos time, one hour earlier than before.
Change: the call list now counts overdue days and snoozes from today in Lagos, not from your latest sale. On a day with no sales, some customers can show as overdue sooner than before.
Change: Atlas now suggests edits to a Flow. You apply and save each suggestion before it changes the Flow.
Fix: requests to close or export your organization now reach Axum support. If you asked before and heard nothing, ask again.
Fix: Accept as factor and Add factor on the Anomalies page work again. When a Promote, Dismiss, Confirm or Approve button fails, the page now tells you why.
The console has a new sidebar. The product filter now sits in the header of the pages it applies to. The assistant is called Atlas and opens from the Ask Atlas button. Atlas can open a console page for you and answer how-to questions.
Atlas can also prepare a message to Axum support. You review it, and nothing sends until you press Send. Admins see these messages on the Support requests page. You can also choose Contact support in the account menu.
The sidebar groups Analyst, Accountant and Marketer under Agents, and you can fold that group. Every dialog has the same layout, and the text across the console is plainer.
On a phone, you can scroll the open menu. The sync status sits above page actions. Text and controls have clearer contrast in light and dark modes.
The Today, Call list and Products pages have a new layout. A new Agents page lets admins give each agent a name, a mark and a writing style. Agents use that name and style in what they write, and never change figures or warnings.
Agent pages now show each agent's saved name and mark. The Analyst reopens your conversation when you return to the same browser tab.
Your open Flow, selected review items and typed text in agent chats now survive a page reload.
Stripe customers can cancel their subscription with the Manage subscription button on the Billing page. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of agent usage. If your organization uses it up, the agent tells you, and it starts again next month. Owners see the allowance that is left and their purchased credits as two separate figures. Purchased credits do not expire.
Admins can set up Teams on the Organization page to limit a group of members to selected products. They can also record your industry in the organization profile. The Invite user button on the Members tab is visible again.
A new Flows editor lets you draw an operational diagram, or describe a change in plain English. Flows keep a version history that you can preview and restore. You can keep a Flow private and share it with chosen people or teams. A step can hold notes, an owner, a time and a link to another Flow.
The daily brief email has a new layout. It starts with Your next move: the revenue that you can gain and your next three calls. It also has a Worth knowing section. It shows how last month closed against the month before, and links each point to the Analyst.
The Analyst can compare two periods, break results down by product or customer, and explain why gross profit changed. You can click most figures in a revenue report to see how the Analyst calculated them. The Analyst keeps every report on its Reports tab. You can pin a report, delete it or download it as a PDF.
The Forecast vs Actual chart is easier to read. It shows money values, clear dates and where the forecast starts. Local events now come from a daily check of trusted news sites, and an event that lasts several days keeps its end date.
Settings shows the WhatsApp number of your agent, and the Accountant page has a Chat now button. The Overview and the call list load much faster.
Marketer pilot organizations get a full campaign console. You can draft a campaign, chat with Marketer, and approve or schedule each post after a check against your brand facts. Facebook and X posts can now carry one image. Social publishing now works again.
Every page of the website has the new Axum design. The Security page lists how we protect your data. The privacy policy now names OpenAI and Braintrust, and the website measures visits only after you allow analytics.
A pricing page
Axum now has a pricing page. It lists the plans and what each one includes. When a current exchange rate is available, the page can show approximate prices in naira. It shows naira first if your browser uses a Nigerian time zone or language, unless you chose US dollars before.
The pricing page uses the new Axum colors, type and logo, and every marketing page now links to it from the menu.
The privacy policy now names the systems that you connect by category, for example your CRM or accounting system. It also says that the currency you pick on the pricing page stays in your browser.
Per-seat billing
Change: the monthly fee now includes a set number of seats. If you add someone past that count, the extra seat is billed automatically. The Team and Billing pages show how many seats you use and what an extra seat costs. The account owner gets an email the first time a billing period crosses into paid seats.
Permission and notification settings on the Organization page now say more plainly what they affect.
One CRM connection for accounting and sales
Your accountant and sales sync now share one CRM connection, so you set up your CRM login once. If you update its API key, the new key applies to both. Existing organizations keep using the latest connection saved for the same CRM database, so nobody has to enter the key again.
One login for several organizations, an Organization page, and a billing page that shows only your bill
Change: signing out now ends that login everywhere it was in use. A new "Remember this login" box on the sign-in page decides if you stay signed in after you close your browser. It is off by default, so tick it only on your own device.
Your organization now has its own settings page. Admins can edit its name, time zone, country, currency and billing email. They can manage members there, because the Team page has moved into it. They can also read a log of who changed what. The owner can hand ownership to someone else, or request an export or closure of the account.
One login can now belong to more than one organization. Switch between them from the sidebar, and invite someone who already has an Axum account into yours. When someone's access to an organization is removed, it ends on their next page load rather than when their cookie expires.
The Billing page now shows only what your organization is billed on, including your plan, monthly fee, subscription and invoices. It reads more clearly, with internal usage figures that never affected your invoice removed.
A rebuilt daily brief, Accountant confirmation, and clearer phone number fields
The daily brief is rebuilt around six clear sections: summary, sales, top products, call list, accounting, and news.
Day-over-day arrows are now colored to show whether a change is good or bad news, and the call list now respects your product filter.
In the Accountant, you now confirm a new contact before it is created in your CRM, or pick from close matches. The Accountant no longer creates a contact silently. Operators now get a daily email and WhatsApp summary of receipts still waiting on a decision.
Phone number fields now use a country picker and check the number as you type. This applies to your profile, team invites and the Accountant's allowed-senders list.
Dates now read in plain language, not as a raw timestamp. An active toggle, like the light/dark switch, now shows which option is selected.
The Analyst no longer shows the same answer twice on an ordinary laptop screen.
Accounts and profiles, clearer invoices, and an honest daily brief
Every user now has an Account settings page to update their profile, change their password, or change their email address with a confirmation link. Everyone also gets a profile picture they can swap for another.
Invoice emails now show a branded invoice with a line-by-line breakdown. They have a button to open the invoice in Axum. Where an online payment link is set up, they also have a Pay now button. The subject names every month the invoice covers.
You now stay signed in while you are actively working instead of being signed out at a fixed 12 hours. The sign-in and reset-password pages can also show or hide your password.
Every console page now shares one header with a refresh button that shows when the page last updated. A new status page at app.axumworks.com/status reports how each part of Axum is doing.
In the Accountant you can now save a receipt to your CRM as a draft instead of posting it. You can open the original receipt image or PDF from the queue. Accuracy figures now say what they actually measure. The daily brief no longer reports a figure it does not have. A day with no confirmed sales data now says so instead of showing zero.
Admins can turn console pages on or off for their own organization. They can also see a full history of who changed what, and restore any earlier version.
Owners can start card billing themselves where card payment is set up.
The assistant offers starter questions and answers more sales questions even when some products are hidden.
A full-page Analyst and a clearer sales chart
The Analyst now has its own full-page workspace, with your past conversations kept in a library. The sales chart on the Overview page has been redesigned to be easier to read.
The assistant's model picker now opens and works, and its message box grows as you type. The Overview's freshness label now shows when your CRM data last synced, not the date of your latest sale.
Sign out, from anywhere in the console
Your account menu now has a proper sign-out, including a "sign out everywhere" option that ends every other signed-in session at once. This is useful the moment a shared or lost device needs to be cut off.
Password reset now takes you to sign-in
After you reset your password, we take you straight to the sign-in page.
Invoices bill up front and email themselves
Monthly invoices now cover the month ahead, not the month that just ended. They go out by email as soon as they are ready. No more waiting on a manual send. Card payment via Stripe is also available as an enrollment option alongside bank transfer.
This page, and a safer release path
This changelog starts here. Every release adds an entry, so what shipped and when is always public. We also now check each change on a test copy of Axum before it reaches you.
