Your team sends a receipt or an invoice on WhatsApp. Axum reads it, checks it and prepares the Odoo entry. A person decides. Nothing goes into your books without a person.

Book a demo2. Read and check
Axum reads the document. It checks the vendor, the amount and the accounts. It compares the document with earlier receipts and with Odoo.
3. Answer a question
If Axum needs more detail, it asks a clear question. Your team answers in WhatsApp or in the console.
4. Decide
A person taps Post, Save as draft or Discard. Axum waits for this tap.
5. Record in Odoo
Post puts the entry in Odoo and posts it. Save as draft puts it in Odoo without a post. Discard writes nothing to Odoo.
Checks before you decide
Axum adds a tag to a draft when a person must check something. The tags include Possible duplicate, Missing details, Total does not match, Lines do not add up and Large amount. A tag asks you to look. It does not decide for you.
Contacts stay under your control
If Axum cannot match the vendor, it asks you to choose an Odoo contact. Axum never adds a contact on its own. Post and Save as draft stay off until you choose.
Voice notes
Your team can answer a question or send a correction as a voice note. Axum shows the words it heard. A spoken “post it” does not post. To post or save, the person taps the button or types the word.
Who can send
Axum reads a message only from a number on the Who can send receipts list. It ignores a message from any other number. An operator, an admin or an owner can add a number.

Waiting for you
This tab lists the drafts that need a decision. Open a draft to see the vendor, the amount and the original receipt. Then choose Post, Save as draft or Discard.
Receipt history
This tab lists the receipts that Axum handled. Choose Undo on a posted or draft entry. Axum then cancels the entry in Odoo, and the row shows Reversed.
Every morning
A short list of what waits.
If receipts wait for a decision, Axum sends an email summary at 08:30 in the time zone of your organization.
What the summary tells you
It tells you how many receipts wait and how old the oldest one is. It links to the console page where you decide. It goes to the operators, admins and owners of your organization.
No receipts, no message
If nothing waits, Axum sends nothing. The message does not ask for a reply. You decide in the console.

The Accountant agent saves Dodan about 30 hours a month. This is an estimate.
Checked entries are the entries that a person accepted, corrected or discarded. The time estimate assumes about 350 receipts a month at 5 minutes each by hand. Your result will differ.
