1. Connect
An admin or an owner connects a Facebook Page, an Instagram account or an X account on the Channels tab.
Marketer
The Marketer agent drafts posts for your Facebook Page, your Instagram account and your X account. Your team checks and approves each post. The Marketer then publishes it at the planned time.
How it works
The Marketer writes the drafts and runs the checks. A person keeps the final choice.
Book a demoAn admin or an owner connects a Facebook Page, an Instagram account or an X account on the Channels tab.
Your team writes the brand rules and the approved facts, then makes the brand active. After that, Axum checks each claim in a post against those facts.
The Marketer drafts a post for the channel that you choose. Your team can edit each post.
Axum checks each post against the rules of the channel and against your approved facts.
An approver includes each post that is ready and approves it. A post with a planned time then waits for that time. A post with no planned time stays approved, and the Marketer does not publish it.
At the planned time, the Marketer checks the post again. It then publishes the post.
Drafts
A person sends each draft for review. The Marketer cannot approve a post. It cannot publish a post that nobody approved.
Type a short brief. The Marketer writes a caption from it. It uses the facts in the brief. It can also use the facts that your team approved for the Marketer. Axum tells it not to invent results, offers or links.
Ask the Marketer in chat for an idea or a campaign. For an idea, it saves the idea and drafts no post. For a campaign, it drafts one post for each channel. You can ask it to change the text or the time.
Axum turns on the weekly plan for your organization. The Marketer then proposes three ideas each week. Your team accepts or skips each idea.
The Brand & rules tab holds your positioning, your tone, your brand colors and your time zone. It also holds the approved facts.
Your team lists the facts that the Marketer may use. When your brand is active, a campaign post shows a warning on each claim that no approved fact supports. The approver then decides whether to approve the post. An approver cannot approve a standalone post with such a claim.
Your team uploads images to the media library and confirms that the business owns them or has a licence. An admin can also choose an image model. The owner can then ask the Marketer for an image. The cost stays in the monthly budget.
An admin sets the monthly budget for AI use and a maximum for each request. The Settings tab shows the admin how much of the budget the team used.
Checks
A check that blocks a post stops the approval. In a campaign, the Marketer shows the result of each check on each post.
The post must have text, and the text must fit the limit of the channel. An Instagram post must have a JPEG image.
You must connect the account. If you choose a time, it must not be in the past. The account must stay connected until the Marketer publishes the post.
When your brand is active, Axum compares each claim in the text with your approved facts. In a campaign, a claim without a fact shows a warning.
If the approver loses access before the planned time, the Marketer does not send the post. If a check fails before the Marketer sends the post, it does not send it.
Channels
The Marketer publishes to a Facebook Page, an Instagram account and an X account.
The Marketer posts text to your Page. A post can also carry one JPEG photo.
The Marketer posts one JPEG image with a caption. The Instagram account must be a professional account that you link to a Facebook Page.
When you connect, Facebook asks you for access. Axum also asks for business access. This lets Axum list the Pages and the linked Instagram accounts that you manage, including those that a business portfolio owns. You choose the account to connect.
The Marketer posts text to your X account. The text must fit the weighted 280-character limit of X. Some characters, for example Chinese or Japanese characters, count as two. A post can also carry one JPEG image.
Only an admin or an owner can connect or disconnect an account. When you disconnect, Axum cancels the posts that wait for that account.
When a send fails
The Marketer never sends a post again when it cannot be sure what happened.
If the platform gives no clear answer, the Marketer marks the post as uncertain. It does not send the post again. A person checks the platform.
If the platform refuses the post because of a rate limit, the Marketer waits. It tries to send the post again later.
