Customer follow-up

Call the customer
before the order slips.

Axum finds the reorder rhythm of each customer in your sales history. It lists the customers who are late, and it puts the largest accounts first.

How Axum decides

Each customer has
a rhythm of their own.

Axum does not use one fixed rule for all customers. It compares each customer with their own past orders.

The usual gap

Axum counts a day with an invoice as one order. It finds the days between the orders of a customer. The middle value of these gaps is the usual gap of that customer.

What counts as overdue

A customer is overdue when the days since the last order are more than the usual gap. Each row shows how late: “3× due” means about three times the usual gap.

Who appears in the list

Axum applies rules to the list: a minimum number of orders, a minimum total sales and a minimum gap between orders. Axum also sets how many days late a customer must be. A customer who is quiet for more than a year leaves the list. Axum can change these rules for you.

Revenue at risk

The largest accounts
come first.

The revenue at risk is an estimate. It is not a count of lost sales.

How Axum estimates it

For each customer, Axum finds the average order. It multiplies the average order by 30 and divides by the usual gap. The result is the estimated monthly sales of that customer. The page adds the estimated monthly sales of the customers in the list.

How Axum ranks it

The list shows the customer with the highest monthly sales first. You can also sort by the oldest last order.

What your team does

Contact, then record
what happened.

Axum never sends a message to your customer. Your team sends it.

Contact

The Contact button opens WhatsApp with a short message ready. Your team reads it, changes it and sends it. The button needs the phone number of the customer in Odoo.

Log call

Choose Log call after you speak to the customer. The customer leaves the list until the next expected order, and for at least 7 days.

Snooze

Choose Snooze to hide the customer for one week.

Dismiss

Choose Dismiss and give a reason. The customer leaves the list for 30 days. For the reasons Account closed and Not a useful signal, the time is 180 days.

Return to the list

A hidden customer returns only if the customer is still overdue when the time ends. After the next sales sync, a new order removes the customer from the list.

In the morning brief

The top calls
arrive on WhatsApp.

The morning brief on WhatsApp has a Call today section. It lists the customers to call first.

See Axum on WhatsApp

What the section shows

Each line shows the customer, the estimate, the days since the last order and the phone number. The message shows the top three. Tap Show brief to see up to five, as each person sets.

When the data is old

If the sales sync is not complete that day, the brief says so. It does not show an estimate.
