Sales and demand

See your sales.
See what may come.

Axum shows your weekly sales next to a forecast. You can ask questions in plain English and see which products need attention.

Forecast

Actual sales
beside the forecast.

The Forecast page shows a weekly line chart for each product. The forecast shows direction and rough scale. It is not a promise.

Actual and forecast

The chart shows your actual sales and the forecast on the same line. A shaded range shows the room for error. You can pick one product or add several.

Why this point

Choose one product and click a point. Axum shows the forecast, the actual sales and the customers who bought most that week.

Updated each day

Axum makes the forecasts again each day, after the sales sync.

Ask Atlas

Ask in plain English.

Ask Atlas is the chat assistant in the console. It answers from your own data.

What you can ask

Ask which products sell most or least. Ask for the revenue trend, or compare two periods. Ask which distributors are quiet. Ask about your margin.

It only reads.

The chat reads your data. It does not change anything in your accounts or in Odoo.

Product health

One score
for each product.

The score compares each product with its own past, not with other products.

A score from 0 to 100

The score sits in a band: Excellent, Healthy, Watch, Needs Attention or Critical. Axum updates the scores each morning, after the sales sync.

What the score uses

The score uses sales, customers and risk. Sales covers revenue, growth and how often the product sells. Customers covers returning, new and lost buyers. Risk includes sales drops, sales spikes and sales that depend on a few customers.

When data is thin

If a product sells on few days, the page says so. If Axum has too little data for a product, it shows no score.

Flows

Draw how
your work flows.

Flows is a diagram editor in the console. It does not use your live sales data.

Draw a flow

Add steps and decisions. For each step, add notes, an owner and a duration. Link a step to another flow.

Describe a change

Type or say a change. Axum edits the diagram. You can undo it.

Share and keep

Axum keeps the version history, so you can restore an older version. You can share a flow with your team and export it as a PDF.

Where time goes

If you add durations, Axum shows the longest and the shortest path through the flow.
