Ask the Analyst a question

The Analyst answers questions about your connected business data. You ask in plain language. Axum returns context you can act on.

Open the Analyst

1. Sign in to the console.
2. Select Analyst in the left rail, under Agents.
3. Type your question in the question box at the bottom of the page, and press Enter.

Ask a useful question

• Name a time range when you can. Example: “How did oat milk demand change this month?”
• Name a product or account when the question is narrow.
• Ask one topic per message when you start a new thread.

Read the answer

The Analyst may show numbers, a short chart, or links to console pages. Click a link to open the related view.

Start a new conversation

Select New conversation when you change topic. It keeps each investigation separate. To open an earlier conversation, select it in Recent conversations. On a narrow screen, select Recent first.
