Plans and payment
The prices on this page are the prices on the pricing page. If the two differ, the pricing page is correct.
- Standard costs $50 a month. It includes 3 team members.
- Enterprise has a custom price. Team size and usage fit your business. You pay by invoice.
An extra team member costs $15 a month. A team member is an active member of your organization. A pending invitation is free.
Seats on your bill
Section titled “Seats on your bill”The Plan card on the Billing page shows your seats. The line reads “Seats: peak” and a number, then the number of seats that your plan includes. Axum counts the peak of the month. An extra seat shows on the next invoice.
Pay in dollars or naira
Section titled “Pay in dollars or naira”- Pay in US dollars by card, through Stripe.
- Pay in naira through Paystack. Axum uses the exchange rate of the day that it bills you.

Usage allowance
Section titled “Usage allowance”The allowance measures agent work, such as reading a receipt or writing a post. It is enough for about 400 typical receipts. The number of documents depends on the work that each one needs and on your other agent use.
The Included usage left tile on the Billing page shows the part that is left, as a percent. The allowance starts again each month. When it is used up, Axum uses your purchased credits. One credit is one US cent. If there are no credits, the agent tells you.
Cancel
Section titled “Cancel”- If you pay by card through Stripe, open Billing. Choose Manage subscription in the How you pay card. Cancel on the Stripe page.
- If you pay in naira through Paystack, email support@axumworks.com. Axum cancels it for you.
Only the workspace owner can open the Billing page.
