The Axum agents

Four agents.
A person decides.

Each Axum agent has one job. The agents prepare the work. A person approves each entry and each post. Each organization can give a name to the Accountant, the Marketer and the Analyst. Each agent can have a voice.

Accountant

Prepares the entry
from a receipt.

Your team sends a receipt or an invoice on WhatsApp. The Accountant reads it, checks it and prepares the Odoo entry.

See the Accountant

What a person decides

A person with the operator role or a higher role taps Post, Save as draft or Discard. Axum writes to Odoo only after that tap.

What the Accountant does not do

The Accountant never adds a contact on its own. A spoken “post it” in a voice note does not post an entry.

Marketer

Drafts posts
for your brand.

The Marketer drafts posts for your Facebook Page, your Instagram account and your X account. It publishes them at the planned time.

What a person decides

An approver approves each post. The Marketer cannot approve a post. It cannot publish a post that nobody approved.

What stops a post

A check that blocks a post stops the approval. For example, a fact that your team blocked stops the post. In a campaign, a claim without an approved fact shows a warning to the approver.

Analyst

Answers questions
about your sales.

The Analyst answers questions about your business data in plain English. An answer can include numbers, a short chart or links to console pages.

What a person decides

The Analyst only reads your data. It does not change your accounts or Odoo. Your team decides what to do with an answer.

Atlas

The assistant
that you ask.

Atlas is the assistant that you ask. You talk to Atlas in Ask Atlas, on every console page. Atlas answers questions about your data.

What a person decides

Atlas reads your data to answer. It does not change your accounts or Odoo.

The name stays Atlas

An organization cannot rename Atlas. The other agents can have a custom name.

Names and voices

Give each agent
a name of its own.

Your organization chooses the name and the voice of each agent. An agent then writes with that name and in that voice.

Who can change it

An admin or an owner opens the Agents page in the console and changes the name and the voice. Other members can see the agents, but they cannot change them.

The name

The name can have up to 40 characters. It cannot have a quote mark, a backslash or a backtick. The agent uses the name when it introduces itself. The Agents page shows the name, with the job below it. If you give no name, the page shows the job.

The voice

You choose how the agent writes: Brief, Warm or Thorough. You choose how fast it flags a concern: Cautious, Balanced or Quick to flag. You choose how it greets you: By first name, Formal or Nigerian English.

Posts use the voice, not the name

The Marketer writes each post for your business. It uses the writing style that you chose. It does not put the agent name in the post.

A voice never removes a warning

The voice tells the agent how to write. It does not change a duplicate check, a claim check or a limit.
