Our commitments

A person approves every entry.

The Accountant prepares each entry. No entry goes into your ERP until a person taps Post or Save as draft.

A person approves every post.

The Marketer drafts posts. The Marketer publishes only the posts that a person approved.

Agents show their work.

Each Accountant draft shows what the agent read from the receipt. The agent flags a check that fails, for example a total that does not match.

Claims need facts.

When you activate your brand facts, the approver sees a warning if a Marketer post makes a claim that no approved fact supports.

Some agents never change your books.

The Analyst and Atlas read your data to answer. Atlas can also do a task, for example log a call, after a person confirms it. They do not change your books or your ERP.

You can see what happened.

Axum keeps a record of each decision and who made it. A person can undo an entry that Axum posted.
