Three buttons

The summary has the buttons Post, Save as draft and Discard. Nothing goes into your books until a person taps one.

Clarifying questions

If Axum needs more detail, it asks a question in the same chat. Your team answers there.

Voice notes

Your team can answer or correct a draft with a voice note. Axum shows the words it heard. A spoken “post it” does not post. To post or save, the person taps the button or types the word.

Only known numbers

Axum reads a message only from a number on your Who can send receipts list. It ignores all other numbers.

Morning brief

The day starts
with a short message.

Axum turns on the brief for your organization. Then each admin or owner can turn it on and pick the send time. The brief needs a WhatsApp number in your profile.

Call today

The message shows the top three customers to call. Tap Show brief to see up to five, as you set. Each line shows the customer, the estimate, the days since the last order and the phone number.

Receipts waiting

The brief shows how many receipts wait and how old the oldest one is. Tap Receipts to get the link to the Accountant page.

Latest news

Tap Show brief to see up to three news headlines. You can turn them off.

When it arrives

The default time is 08:45 in the time zone of your organization. You can choose a time from 08:30 to 11:45. If Axum cannot send it in time, it skips that day.
