Review before action

Accounting entries are proposed for a person to confirm before they are posted to the connected system.

Access with a purpose

We review the systems and information your workflow needs, and agree who should be able to use it.

Understand the data flow

The table below lists the providers that handle your data. Discuss the information involved before you connect your workflow.

Requirements in the open

Bring your security or hosting requirements into the conversation so we can assess them against the intended use.

How we protect your data

Encrypted in transit
Every connection to Axum uses HTTPS.
Each organization kept apart
The data of each organization is kept apart, and the database enforces it.
Hashed passwords
We store passwords as scrypt hashes, in a form that cannot be reversed. We never store them as plain text.
Protected sign-in
Sign-in cookies are secure and HTTP-only: they travel only over HTTPS, and scripts on a page cannot read them. We also limit how often someone can try to sign in.
Providers in the open
Axum runs on DigitalOcean. The table below and our privacy policy list the providers that handle your data.
Deletion on request
You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
