What is a team member?

An active member of your organization. Pending invitations are free.

What does an extra member cost?

$15 a month. It appears on a later invoice.

Is the limit 400 receipts?

No. The allowance measures agent work, such as reading a receipt or writing a post. It is enough for about 400 typical receipts. The Accountant also handles invoices. The number of documents depends on the work each needs and your other agent use.

What if we use it all?

If you have extra credits, the agent uses them. When the allowance is used up, the agent tells you. It starts again next month. Questions about your data are free.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Stripe customers cancel from the Billing page. If you pay in naira through Paystack, email support@axumworks.com and we will cancel it.
