After Dodan moved to a new Odoo system, Dr. Gemana entered bills himself. He no longer had separate staff for purchases, accounts and stock.

At first, Axum could read Dodan’s records but not change them.
Confirm each entry
Axum now prepares each entry and saves the draft only after a person confirms it. The team can see how often the agent’s draft needs a correction. When a team member repeats the same account correction on several receipts, Axum can propose a lesson. The team approves the lesson, and the agent then uses it.

Dodan plans to connect purchases, stock and production through WhatsApp. These steps are planned; they are not part of the results above.
