What we assume
- A receipt takes 5 minutes today. Axum prepares the entry and a person reviews it.
- The estimate counts all of the handling time as saved. Your review time makes the real figure lower.
- One hour of staff time costs ₦850. This is our assumption. A typical monthly salary for the person who books receipts is ₦120,000 to ₦150,000. We divide it by about 160 working hours. Change it to your own cost.
- There are 12 months in a year, and the volume is the same each month.
