Ask Atlas and search pages

Ask Atlas is the assistant in the console. It is on every console page.

Open Ask Atlas

A page opens with Ask Atlas minimized. Choose the Ask Atlas button to open it. Your choice lasts for the session. A new session starts minimized again.

Ask Atlas sits in a rail on the right side of the page. You can choose Float at the bottom to move it to a bar at the bottom. Choose Dock to the right to move it back.

Use the chat

1. Type your question in the box that says Ask Atlas….
2. Press Enter or choose Send.
3. To stop an answer, choose Stop generating.

Other buttons in the header:

• New chat starts an empty chat.
• Recent chats lists your earlier chats. Choose Back to chat to return.
• Expand makes the panel larger. Restore size makes it smaller.
• Minimize to the Ask Atlas button closes the panel.

Search pages

1. Press Cmd K on a Mac, or Ctrl K on Windows. Or choose Search pages in the left rail.
2. Type the name of a page.
3. Press Enter, or choose a result.

The search box says “Search pages, or ask Atlas”. If no page matches, press Enter to ask Atlas.

Ask for a person

Ask Atlas to pass your question to the team. Atlas then shows a draft message. Check the text, then choose Send to the team. Axum shows a reference when the message is sent.
