Meet the agents
The Agents page lists the agents that work for your organization. Open it from the left rail.
The agents
Section titled “The agents”- Analyst answers questions about your data.
- Accountant reads receipts and prepares entries.
- Marketer plans and drafts your posts.
- Atlas is the assistant that you ask. It answers questions about your data.
An agent can have a name that an admin gave it. The page then shows that name, with the job under it. If an agent has no name, the page shows the job. See Name an agent.
Your workspace may not have all agents. The Marketer is available only to workspaces that have it turned on.
Status labels
Section titled “Status labels”- Ready means that the agent is on and nothing waits for you.
- Needs you means that something waits for a decision. For the Accountant, this is a receipt in the inbox. For the Marketer, this is a post in review.
- Paused means that the agent is not turned on for your workspace.
Open an agent
Section titled “Open an agent”Select the name of an agent to open its page. Select Atlas to open the assistant. See Ask Atlas and search pages.
Each row also has a Train button for admins. Other members see View.
