Reset a password and edit your profile

Reset a forgotten password

1. Open the sign-in page.
2. Choose Forgot password?.
3. Enter your email and choose Send reset link.
4. Open the email Reset your Axum password. The link works one time. It expires in 30 minutes.
5. Enter a new password twice. Use at least 8 characters.
6. Choose Save password.

Axum shows “Your password has been updated.” and takes you to the sign-in page. Sign in with the new password.

For privacy, Axum shows the same message if the email has no account. If no email comes, email support@axumworks.com.

Change your password

1. Open the account menu and choose Account settings.
2. Find the Password card.
3. Enter your Current password, your New password, and Confirm new password.
4. Choose Change password.

Edit your profile

Open Account settings. The Profile card has these fields: Name, Timezone, Slack user ID, and WhatsApp number. Choose Save changes after an edit.

The Profile picture card shows a set of pictures. Select one. Choose Shuffle for a new set. Then choose Save picture.

Change your email

1. Find the Change email button on the account page.
2. Enter the New email and your Current password.
3. Choose Send confirmation link.

Change the theme

Open the account menu. Under Appearance, choose Light or Dark.

End all sessions

The Security card has Sign out of all devices. Use it if you signed in on a shared or lost device.
