Read the call list

The Call list shows customers who are late on their usual reorder. Each row is one customer to call or skip.

Open the Call list

1. Sign in at the console sign-in page.
2. Select Call list in the left rail.
3. Set the product filter if you need a smaller set.

Act on a row

Open a customer. Call them, send a message, or mark them as not due this cycle, as the page asks. Change who qualifies in Settings.

Refresh

Select Refresh to reload the latest late customers.
