Draw a flow

Flows is a diagram of how work happens in your organization. Keep each flow current so new members can follow it.

Open Flows

1. Sign in at the console sign-in page.
2. Select Flows in the left rail.

Create or edit

Select New flow to start a diagram. Add steps and links that match the real process. Save when the diagram is right. People with view-only access can read a flow and cannot edit it.

Restricted flows

A restricted flow is visible only to the people you name. Check who can see it before you save.
