Read your Axum bill

The Billing page shows what you owe, your plan, your usage and a table of invoices. Only the workspace owner can open it.

  1. Sign in to the console as the workspace owner.
  2. Select Billing in the left rail, under Workspace.

If you owe money, a Payment due bar shows at the top of every console page. The bar shows the amount and the number of invoices. It also shows how many days the oldest invoice is overdue. Choose Pay now to open the Billing page. The bar does not show on the Billing page. The Billing page has its own Payment due panel with the pay buttons.

The Plan card shows your plan and its monthly price. Axum bills for team members. The plan includes some members. The card shows the peak number of members this month against the number that your plan includes. An extra member shows on the next invoice. For the prices, see Plans and payment.

The Included usage left tile shows the part of your monthly allowance that is left, as a percent. The bar under it shows the same percent. The tile also shows the dollars left and the day that the allowance starts again.

The Purchased credits tile shows your credit balance. One credit is one US cent.

The Invoices card lists one row for each billing period. The table has four columns.

  • Period shows the dates of the period, with the issued and due dates under it.
  • Amount shows the total and the currency. A void invoice shows the amount with a line through it.
  • Status shows words such as Paid, Due in 5 days, Overdue 3 days or Void, not charged.
  • Action shows a Pay button when you can pay that invoice.

If you have no invoices, the card says that you have none yet. Axum sends the invoice for each month at the start of that month.

  1. Find the row with a due or overdue status.
  2. Select Pay in the Action column.
  3. Follow the payment steps. Axum shows Redirecting… while it opens them.

Email support@axumworks.com with the period and the amount of the invoice.
