The privacy policy lists your rights. They include access, erasure, and portability.

1. Email support@axumworks.com.
2. State what you want: access, export, or deletion.
3. Include your name.

For a deletion request, the Delete my data page says what else to include. It also gives the steps that follow and the time that Axum aims for.

Whose data it is

For the sales and customer records that a business connects to Axum, that business is the data controller. Axum acts for the business. The privacy policy explains this. Axum points you to that business and supports its reply.
