Invite teammates

Only admins and owners can manage people. Other members cannot open the People tab.

Invite a person

1. Select Organization in the left rail.
2. Open the People tab.
3. Choose Invite user.
4. Enter the Email and the Name of the person.
5. Choose a Role. See the roles below.
6. Optional: select one or more ways to send the link: Slack, WhatsApp, or Email.
7. Choose Send invite.

Axum shows Invite created and a link. Choose Copy link to share the link yourself. The link works one time. The dialog shows when it expires.

Roles

• Admin can invite people, change roles, and manage page access.
• Operator can use and change data, but cannot manage people.
• Viewer can read data, but cannot change anything.

You cannot give the Owner role in an invite. Only an owner can change the account of an owner.

Pending invites

The Pending invites card lists each invite that a person has not accepted. For each invite you can choose Resend or Revoke. Resend shows a new link.

Seats and cost

The Standard plan includes 3 team members. An extra member costs $15 a month. A pending invitation is free. See Plans and payment.

If your plan prices seats, the invite dialog shows how an invite changes your seat count. A charge for an extra seat shows as Additional seats on a later invoice.

Deactivate a member

1. Open the People tab.
2. Open the More actions menu in the row of the member.
3. Choose Deactivate. To restore the member, choose Reactivate.
