Start a marketer campaign

The Marketer agent helps you plan posts across your connected channels. You approve the posts, and then the Marketer schedules them.

  1. Sign in to the console.
  2. Open Marketer in the sidebar.
  3. Choose New campaign.
  4. Enter a campaign name.
  5. Select the connected channels. If no channel is connected, connect one on the Channels tab first.
  6. Write the post text for each channel and choose a posting time.
  7. For Instagram, select a JPEG image from your media library. For LinkedIn, select a PDF. A Facebook or X post can have a JPEG image, but does not need one. Add the file on the Media tab first. The campaign form lists only files that meet the size limits of the channel.
  8. Choose Create campaign.
  1. Open the campaign in the list.
  2. Choose Run checks. The Marketer shows the result of each check on each post.
  3. Select Include in approval on each post that you approve. If a check blocks a post, you cannot include that post. If a campaign post has a claim with no approved fact, you see a warning with the claim. You can still approve the post. Check that the claim is true first. To remove the warning, add a fact in Brand & rules. If you select a post and the Marketer finds a new warning, no post in that approval is approved. Read the warning, then approve again. If a fact change adds a new warning to a post that you approved, the post returns to review. Read the warning, then approve it again. A standalone post with such a claim cannot be approved. A claim that uses a blocked fact is always blocked.
  4. Choose Approve & schedule selected when the posts are ready.

Only an approver can see Include in approval and Approve & schedule selected. If you are not an approver, ask an approver to finish these steps.
