Sign in to the console
The Axum console lives at app.axumworks.com. You sign in with the account your organization admin created.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”- Open Sign in from the marketing site or go directly to the console URL.
- Enter your work email and password.
- Choose Sign in to open the console. To stay signed in after you close the browser, select Remember this login first.
If sign-in fails
Section titled “If sign-in fails”- Check that you use the email your admin registered.
- If you forgot your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page. Axum emails a reset link. See Reset a password and edit your profile.
- If Axum says there were too many attempts, wait a few minutes. Then try again.
- If your user is missing or deactivated, contact your organization admin.
Sign out
Section titled “Sign out”Open the account menu in the console and choose Sign out. Always sign out on a shared computer.
Session security
Section titled “Session security”Axum uses a host-only session cookie on the app domain. Do not share your password or one-time codes with others.
